Failure to abide by these terms may result in your account being terminated or restricted at the sole discretion of Findhire.

·         "Company", "Findhire" ("us", "we", "our”, "ours") means Findhire Pty Ltd, registered in South Africa.

·         "Customers" means anyone submitting a job to the Website for Professional quote

·         "Job" means any project or job submitted to the Website

·         "Users", "You", means anyone making use of the Findhire Services.

·         "Service" means any service provided by Findhire to Users

·         "Professionals" means any business offering quotes to Customers on the Website

·         "Website" means the website Findhire.co.za and all content contained therein.

·         "Expressing interest", means contact with a Customer through the Website

·         "Service Agreement", means any agreement reached between a Professional and a Customer. 


Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by South African law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.  Any unenforceable provisions shall not affect the remainder of the Terms and Conditions.


Accuracy of Information

Findhire attempts to be as accurate as possible, but does not assume liability for errors.

You are solely responsible for finding a suitable Professional and negotiating the terms of any work to be done.  We recommend you obtain confirmation of qualifications or any other requirements before entering into any agreement.


Third Party Verification

Findhire uses a variety of tools in an effort to make our Website as safe as possible for service professionals and Service Users. Among these tools are optional name, address and ID number verification as well as criminal background checks for service professionals. By requesting to use, registering to use, and/or using Findhire, you represent and warrant that you and each member of your household have not been and are not currently required to register as a sex offender with any government entity.  In addition, you do hereby represent, understand and expressly agree that Findhire offers this third-party verification service as a convenience and does not have control over or assume any responsibility for the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the third-party verification service and/or the information provided by the third-party verification service.



You agree to follow the law when using the Website or communicating with any other User through the Website and that any content that you post or transmit is your responsibility.  You further agree that Findhire does not control and is not responsible for content made available by others.


Intellectual Property

Findhireowns all the intellectual property rights relating to the Website, and you agree not use or copy any part thereof without our express permission. Intellectual property rights of content posted by other Users remain with the copyright owner.  By posting content, you are agreeing to have the content stored and displayed by the Website.


Dealings with organisations and individuals

All interactions with other users are solely between you and the other user.  Findhire cannot be held liable for damages arising as a result of interactions between users.  Findhire assumes no obligation to become involved in any such disputes. You understand that Findhire does not and cannot make representations as to the suitability of any individual you may decide to interact with on or through the Website and/or the accuracy or suitability of any advice, information, or recommendations made by any individual.  Each User and Professional hereby acknowledges and agrees that Findhire is NOT a party to any oral or written contract entered into between them in connection with any Service offered, directly or indirectly, through the Website.



All Customers will have an opportunity to provide feedback on Professionals after work is complete.  Findhire is not responsible for content of feedback.  Abuse of feedback may result in removal from the Website and being reported to the authorities, as appropriate. In the event of any dispute between users of the Website concerning feedback, Findhire has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to remove such feedback or take any action it deems feasible without incurring any liability therefor.



Contact information provided will be kept confidential.  When referring another person, it is your responsibility to obtain permission to provide their contact information to Findhire.



Findhireonly accepts payment by credit or debit card.  By providing card information, you confirm you are authorized to do so.  You agree to receive invoices by email to ensure the email address you provide is accurate.


Failed & Disputed Payments

Questions regarding credit or debit charges should be submitted using our Contact Us page. You agree to reimburse Findhire for costs associated with payments that are declined or reclaimed by your bank.



Findhiremay establish limits on use of the Website as necessary.  Findhire is not responsible for lost content and reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the website (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Findhire shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any services.



Findhire reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary.  You will be notified by email of any significant changes and you are responsible for staying up to date on all changes.
